The Mighty Decibel spent the month of December naming its favorite albums in four different musical categories: doom metal, hardcore punk, hard'n'heavy and extreme metal.
Now, at last, we name our overall top 10 albums of the year (regardless of genre), all of which garnered 9 out of 10 scores ... except for our top album which achieved the iconic 10/10 status.
