The term "Supergroup" usually brings with it cries of derision given that most actually suck! Not the Damn Yankees (Tommy Shaw (Styx), Jack Blades (Night Ranger), Michael Cartellone (Lynyrd Skynyrd) and Ted Nugent (all around whackmaster)) though.

Often considered a sappy ballad or hair metal band, in the live setting this unit were anything but ... especially with the Motorcity Madman running about the stage. This is good ol' fashioned, melodic hard rock with searing lead guitar work.
