ENDLESS DISEASE - The End Of All Life

To say that I was pumped for this full-length release from Texas-based Endless Disease would be an understatement of major proportions. Could they sustain an album's worth of non-stop black/grind intensity like on Hail The Coming End, one of the best EPs of 2018? With a huge grin on my face, I'm ecstatic to report that they have succeeded almost beyond comprehension. Think about how you feel after listening to Marduk's Panzer Division Marduk album in full. Those not attuned to this level of excess will be left bloodied, curled up in a corner whimpering for it to stop. Yeah, that good.

Guitars sounding like a chainsaw, a battering ram for drums and a vocalist who chews razor blades for breakfast, the waves of intensity will have you pasted to the chair. All the while vocalist Ryan encourages you to end your own existence ... over and over again. Why would I want to do that when an album this furious, this riveting, is abusing my ears?

Hard to imagine another extreme metal album being able to top this one in 2019. Here's hoping though ...
